I develop mouth-watering, healthy recipes for the HitMeal app. My work helps users answer the question they ask themselves every day: ”What should I eat?” In the app, they can find easy, balanced recipes and advice on how to prepare healthy meals.


Every recipe in the HitMeal app includes information about the number of carbs, protein, and fat, which comes in handy when planning a balanced diet.

About

Cooking is my passion. I tried to cook my first dish when I was 8, and afterward, I embarked on a journey of mastering new cooking skills and polishing old ones. I’ve studied dozens of culinary books, websites, and courses to develop my talent. I have tons of recipes behind my belt: from zucchini pasta to baked beef with mushrooms.

However, what’s most important for me is that my recipes reach those who will find them useful. With this goal in mind, I have been sharing my knowledge and lifehacks with HitMeal users for 2 years.with HitMeal users for 2 years.

Omelet with Mozzarella

Ingredients
Eggs: 2 pcs
Cherry tomatoes: 5 pcs
Mozzarella: 50 g
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Coconut oil: 1 tsp
Balsamic reduction: 1 tbsp

How to Cook
1. Beat eggs, salt them to taste.
​​2. Drizzle a frying pan with oil and pour in the eggs. Cook over medium heat.
3. Slice mozzarella, half tomatoes, and put them on the omelette.
4. Sprinkle with balsamic reduction, garnish with basil.
